JazminRx governance

Privacy Policy

JazminRx is designed around pharmacy trust: protected information belongs in the correct authenticated context, every regulated action should be traceable, and AI assistance must stay inside clear privacy and safety boundaries.

Information handled by JazminRx

JazminRx may handle account identity, role, license posture, workstation context, patient portal records, prescription workflow records, claims context, inventory events, print artifacts, audit events, and AI interaction metadata.

PHI and patient safety posture

Patient-specific information belongs inside authenticated patient or staff workflows. Public pages and public AI experiences should not receive PHI, confidential payer details, credentials, or patient identifiers.

AI and source context

AI interactions may use role, audience, workflow state, and approved source context to provide safer responses. Regulated decisions remain subject to licensed professional review and audit requirements.

Security and logs

JazminRx may log sign-ins, secure-code requests, biometric credential references, approval decisions, queue locks, workflow transitions, barcode scans, print actions, POS events, and security exceptions.

Email and notifications

Authentication codes and operational notices may be sent to registered email addresses. JazminRx will not ask users to share secure codes by phone, text, or chat.

Governance

Access may be limited, reviewed, revoked, or escalated based on role, license status, workstation trust, security posture, legal requirements, and pharmacy policy.

Security contact posture

Security, privacy, and account concerns should be routed through the official JazminRx security contact configured for the deployment environment. Never share secure login codes through phone, text, chat, or public AI prompts.
